Before submitting your weblog to this Planet make sure you follow the rules:
- You write in English; Even if it's just for your Ubuntu category
- If English is not your native language, please consider using a spell checker
Online SpellCheck or a plugin for Wordpress users - Make sure your RSS feed is set to display full text
Wordpress users: WP-Admin > Options > Reading > Syndication Feeds - Your weblog is not aggregated on Planet Ubuntu
If you're applying to Planet Ubuntu Users, and not Ubuntu Universe - You will not break your posts so the person reading has to press a 'more' link
This is considered spamming and will get your weblog removed - Your hackergotchi is scaled approximately 100x100 pixels with a transparent background

No text links, no images, no AdSense, nothing! Those 'share' buttons also suck! - If you're interested in Ubuntu Universe, you'll have to be aggregated in either UbuntuWeblogs.org or Planet Ubuntu to be accepted.
