UbuntuWeblogs.org has a completely new, and unique, design. Inspired by the release of yet another great version of Ubuntu (Hardy Heron), kimus, the designer, created a beautiful theme for our beloved Planet.

I believe it looks better than the now-old-and-oh-so-ugly bubble theme. We now have more space for the text, which makes it easier for the readers, and the 'distractions' are on the right side (hackergotchi and sidebar).

Don't you feel like dropping your Feed Reader just so you can read the posts on the site? :)

We are now free of advertisements again. Not that it was too intrusive, but it's always better not to be bothered by 'targeted' (yeah, right) advertisement.

I'm also taking the 'BETA' out of our PhotoBlog Planet - photos.ubuntuweblogs.org. Things have been pretty stable since I started it, so we shouldn't run into any problems.

So, it's time to start your weblog and aggregate it on UbuntuWeblogs.org and, in case you're into photography, your PhotoBlog on the Photo Planet.
